Was told it could not be replaced because they no longer had the model I had purchased a year ago. They wanted to sell me another blended one hundred more than I origially purchased. Not happy with Health Master. One representive said I could return it and I boxed it up, today when I called the rep said I could not return it. I was happy with the blender but then it broke after a year, I was told I had to pay $75 for the upgrade or wait 30 days for the replacement for the same model. I paid the $75 for the upgrade not wanting to wait 30 days, Now it has been 4 months and I still do not have the blender replaced. It's nuts that I spent so much on this product and can't get a replacement pitcher. I have two Healthmaster's model YD-2088E and just need a new pitcher because one leaks. How is it possible they don't have "ANY" anywhere? Why doesn't the new pitcher fit the discontinued model? Are they even concerned with the customer's who've spent over $ 500.00 with them already? Used product maybe 10 times .Even from first time I used it ,had a very loud noise and had trouble keeping the machine running. It got hot easily and would shut itself off. It did not make smoothies as easily as displayed on TV. Went to use product today and will not turn on . I feel very "taken" . The blender is horrible. Bottom of blender all rusted out. Too much money for a piece of junk. For the price you pay you would think they would make it so it wouldn't rust out. Terrible product Add comment

I used my elite blender about 20-25 times just to make smoothies. The motor started to burn, causing the pitcher to melt and leak from the bottom. I paid lots of money for the warranty. They want to charge me ~$70 to exchange the pieces....which have been on back order for 3 months!!!!! I bought this health master blender almost 15 months now, it began leaking about 6 weeks ago. I have no problem with it, I understand nothing last forever, but my problem is that I am trying to get a new pitcher, but they are out of stock for sometime now. this is something Montel Williams need to look into, at least provide replacements parts. Loved my Montel Williams blender at first. Only made smoothies with it. The bottom of the blender started a slow leak, then one day (yesterday) making a smoothie and the bottom dropped out in mid motion. Not a pretty sight. Add comment
